    Terrific service, we had relaxing stay.

    The rooms were generous-sized and well-organised with the bedroom and fresh linen plus great view as described. The breakfast was good hot with a good coffee and the coffee machine, as example to choose from.

    Hotel is very tidy and comfortable. Good value mid level hotel. Frequent trams stop only 100m walk away so can be in the city relatively quickly. Buffet breakfast was affordable and very nice.

    Location is 3km+ from city and few retail shops nearby. Need transport to get to the city. Rooms are simple but clean, tidy and comfy. $100 deposit for the minibar seems quite expensive if paying with real money.

    We were upgraded to a room facing the city. The room was lovely, roomy, and the bed was very comfortable. Would have loved to try the spa but ran out of time. Would stay there again.

    Location short walk to the tram station, other activities, and Rocco's restaurant at the chevron across the rd which was beautiful food. Fashionable room, generous-sized, with excellent housekeeping and the bedroom, for instance.

    Great Stay with Awesome Staff!

    Check-in was smooth. They let us in early after a long flight. The room was fantastic, super comfy and set up well for grabbing a bite. The cafe had killer drinks. Just wish the hotel was a bit closer to the city. We had to move after a few days.

    The Location was convienient and the Staff were friendly.

    The hard surfaces (phone, lamp, desk etc) were a little dusty. A free wireless internet service in the hotel room would have been convenient. Being able to check email, brows the city and locations on google maps, and have access to social networking via laptop or mobile device would have made a big difference. Although there is a limited/paid internet availability upon request it seemed a little inconvenient and pricey.

    Staff were polite and professional. Hotel and rooms very clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfy. Room service were fast, polite and efficient. Great location not far from Melbourne cbd just a 5 minute tram ride from right out front. The hotels on a corner. On the other frontage is a taxi rank. Onsite parking at a reasonable rate

    The room service meals were very expensive although nice it added a lot to the bill. No breakfast thrown in either like many hotels. No Wifi in rooms which should come with the room in my opinion. Not cabled and charged for it as is the case here. In this day and age its nearly an essential service like power water etc.

    We hit up local gems and the vibe was like a high school dance, but way cooler. The music scene is wild with shows every night, and the staff was super friendly. Just a heads up, the dining options were good and the underground parking was a steal at $15.

    The room cleanliness could have been better as we found some leftover towels in the bathroom from previous guests. It would have.
